What kind of printing services do you do?

Can I get your pricelist?

Yes, you can check our pricelist page for reference. If you do not find the specification you need, kindly drop us an email.

What is the difference between CMYK and RGB?

CMYK and RGB are modes of mixing colors in graphic design. CMYK is mainly used for printing products, whereas RGB is usually used for digital works. The output color of each mode will certainly be different.

What choice of papers do you provide?

We have both coated and uncoated papers. Should you have a specific type of paper you wish to use, kindly let us know.

What is the ideal file setting that I need to take note of before printing?

File is best sent in PDF or JPEG in CMYK format with 300 dpi. If you have font inside, kindly expand / convert it to shape to minimize missing font. For pictures, please do embed or send us along to minimize missing pictures. Worry not, we will gladly help if you have any difficulties in the set up - just send us a message!

Can I get a print proof / sample prior to production?

Sure, we will provide you a digital printed proof / sample prior to production.

Can you make sure that my screen color will be accurately the same as the final print product?

Generally, no. Your screen uses RGB mode and printer uses CMYK mode, so the final color will differentiate accordingly. However, we will always consult with you prior printing about it.

How is the print / design process work?

We will usually set up a meeting with you to further discuss what you need, and send the quotation accordingly. After down payment is made, we will begin the print / design process immediately.

What do I need to prepare before the design process begins?

You just need to provide us a background information about your brand in detail and let us help you to develop.
